Description

The 960GB SAT5200 SATA 2.5″ SSD from Synology is an enterprise-grade SSD built for select models of their NAS systems, including the FS6400, FS3600, and FS3400. It provides stable I/O performance and reduced latency for critical services and applications, and is also able to handle mixed and intensive 24/7 workloads without reducing its endurance. All of these facets will provide users with a streamlined experience with minimal service disruptions.

This SSD has an overall capacity of 960GB, a SATA III 6 Gb/s interface, a 2.5″ / 7mm form factor, sequential read speeds of up to 530 MB/s, sequential write speeds of up to 500 MB/s, random reads of 98,000 IOPS, and random writes of 67,000 IOPS. It also features an endurance of 2290TB TBW (terabytes written), 1.3 DWPD (drive writes per day), a 1.5 million hour MTBF (mean time between failures), and an UBER (uncorrectable bit error rate) of <1 sector per 1017 bits read.
