All guarantees are covered by the manufacturers themselves and dealt with in the same way as if this item were purchased from an officially approved retail outlet. No Warranty from damage caused by a natural disaster No Warranty if the serial number label is missing, damaged or tampered with.

All warranties are with the manufacturer / distributor of the products and are not Ultitech.

Ultitech shall repair, replace, or refund any product deemed to be defective if notified within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Provider reserves the right, from time to time, to change, modify, add or remove parts or all of these Terms and Conditions. Changes to these Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon posting of such changes to this Website. Privacy summary

 Private information required for the execution of orders placed through an e-commerce facility, namely personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers, shall be kept in the strictest confidence of the Provider and shall not be sold or disclosed to third parties. Only the necessary information, i.e. the delivery address and the contact telephone number, will be made known to third parties delivering the product. The details of the credit card shall under no circumstances be kept by the Provider. As soon as the item is received and tested to confirm the fault, the product will either be repaired and returned, or a replacement will be sent (depending on the manufacturer’s policy)

Local Deliveries:

Ultitech takes no responsibility for Damaged deliveries from the courier company used to deliver the order,either from the customer or Ultitech. The customer may add there own insurance on the delivery on request via email to [email protected].

 

International orders

We do not deliver outside the borders of South Africa, but you may arrange for a courier service to be collect from us once a plan has been made – applicable only to our international customers.

Ultitech is not a registered exporter and therefore does not deliver goods outside the borders of South Africa. All invoices are subject to a 15 percent VAT charge.
